a letter of intent with CenterStaging
Inc.
The proposed venture calls for CenterStaging
to provide resources and production facilities
that will aid Media and Entertainment
in the reception and encoding of satellite
transmissions for a variety of live and
Video on Demand (VOD) content.

to transform audio, video and text assets
into a dynamic medium for Live, Pay-Per-View
and Video on Demand services.
