intent for a joint venture with Integrated

provides Media and Entertainment.com with
a high-profile, new avenue to generate increasing
revenues from its cutting edge NetDvD technology.

advanced NetDvD Internet streaming software
with ICCC's smart build network in order
to provide a smart delivery mechanism and
reliable end-to-end IP network solution
for live and video on demand (VOD) broadband
